Why don't you keep a lot of inventory in stock?
As a brand, we want to give every item we produce an exclusive feel. The idea of over saturating the market is not ideal for us. Each and every time a customer purchases an item from our brand we want them to know that they have something that not man people have access to. Once an item sells out we do not when or if we will ever re-release that item again.
How long should it be before I receive my product?
After the payment process is complete, your item(s) will start being packaged. Packaging time will vary for each item, but it normally takes anywhere between 1-3 business days. Once packaging is complete, it will be ready to ship and we will notify you in your email. Check out the shipping page for more information.
How long is the payment process?The payment processing time may vary. Sometimes it is instantly and sometimes it may take a few days. There are a few different factors that come into play when determining how long it will take.
What exactly is the payment process?
The payment process is not only to make sure that the adequate amount of funds are on whichever payment method you use, but it is also for fraud prevention. Any fraudulent activity is flagged in our system and put on hold which then has to be manually reviewed and solved accordingly.
What size should I order?
The sizing will vary for each item. At the bottom of each product page there is a description of the item that includes the weight, the fit and sometimes additional information on what you should do if you are wanting to achieve specific fit.
